Festive Christmas Cranberry Roll Ups

Delicious holiday treats combining creamy filling and tangy cranberry, wrapped in soft tortillas, perfect for festive gatherings.

  • 1 cup cranberry sauce (homemade or store-bought)
  • 1 package cream cheese (8 oz), softened
  • 2 cups flour tortillas
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Chopped pecans or walnuts (optional)
  • Fresh cranberries for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, blend the softened cream cheese, cranberry sauce, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy (2-3 minutes).
  2. Spread a thin layer of the cream cheese mixture over each tortilla, leaving about half an inch around the edges.
  3. Starting from one end, roll the tortilla tightly to form a log. Slice into pinwheels, each about 1 inch thick.
  4. Optionally, sprinkle chopped nuts over the cream cheese mixture before rolling.
  5. Arrange roll-ups on a serving platter and garnish with fresh cranberries.
  6. Wrap in plastic wrap and chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.

Notes

These roll-ups can be prepared a day in advance and stored in the fridge for up to three days. For extra flavor, use fresh herbs as garnish.
