A healthy, customizable frozen treat made with creamy yogurt and topped with fresh fruit, nuts, and other delicious toppings. This easy no-bake dessert is perfect for hot summer days, after-school snacks, or a light post-workout refreshment.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)
  • 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ½ cup mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
  • ¼ cup granola
  • 2 tbsp chopped nuts (almonds, pistachios, or walnuts)
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds (optional)
  • 1 tbsp coconut flakes (optional)
  • Dark chocolate chips or drizzle (optional)

Instructions

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, mix yogurt, honey/maple syrup, and vanilla until smooth.
  3. Spread yogurt mixture evenly onto the prepared baking sheet (about ¼-inch thick).
  4. Sprinkle berries, granola, nuts, and other toppings evenly over the yogurt.
  5. Freeze for at least 4 hours, or until completely firm.
  6. Break into pieces and serve immediately, or store in an airtight container in the freezer.

Notes

  • For a dairy-free version, use coconut or almond milk yogurt
  • Add toppings when the yogurt is partially frozen (after 1 hour) to prevent sinking
  • Customize with your favorite toppings: banana slices, peanut butter drizzle, or crushed cookies
  • Store in freezer for up to 2 weeks
  • Let sit at room temperature for 2-3 minutes before serving for easier eating
