Irresistible Garlic Bread Muffins

Delicious garlic bread muffins with a light and airy texture, packed with cheesy, garlicky flavor. Perfect for family dinners or as a scrumptious starter for parties.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 (5.2 ounce) package garlic herb cheese spread (like Boursin), room temperature
  • ¾ cup shredded Colby-Jack cheese
  • ¾ cup shredded Italian cheese blend
  • 1 (11 ounce) tube refrigerated breadsticks (like Pillsbury French Bread)
  • 1 large egg (lightly beaten)
  • ½ cup shredded Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Grease or spray your muffin tin generously with nonstick spray.
  3. In a medium bowl, mix the shredded Colby-Jack and Italian cheeses.
  4. Unroll the refrigerated bread dough on a lightly floured surface, pressing the perforations together to seal. Roll out into a 12×8 inch rectangle and cut it lengthwise in half.
  5. Spread half of the garlic herb cheese over each rectangle, leaving a ¼ inch border around the edges.
  6. Sprinkle each half with half of the mixed shredded cheeses.
  7. Roll each rectangle tightly and cut into 1½ inch slices.
  8. Dip the cut side of each slice in the beaten egg, followed by the Parmesan.
  9. Arrange the slices in the muffin cups, cheese side up.
  10. Bake for 18-22 minutes until golden brown and cheese is bubbling.
  11. Enjoy warm!
