Quick and easy Garlic Butter Salmon Bites that capture the rich flavors of salmon with garlic and butter.

  • 1 pound salmon fillets, skinless
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • Salt to taste
  • Freshly cracked black pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cut the salmon fillets into bite-sized pieces, about one-inch cubes.
  2. In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat until foamy.
  3. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 30 seconds.
  4. Add the salmon bites to the skillet and season with salt and pepper. Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden and cooked through.
  5. Drizzle with lemon juice and garnish with parsley before serving.

Notes

For added flavor, consider using smoked paprika or fresh herbs. Leftovers last in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 days.
