Irresistible Garlic Butter Salmon Bites

Quick and easy garlic butter salmon bites that are tender, flavorful, and perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

  • Fresh Salmon Fillets
  • 3 cloves of Garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons Butter, unsalted
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh Lemon Juice
  • Fresh Parsley, chopped
  • Salt and Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the skillet over medium heat for about 2 minutes.
  2. Cut the salmon into bite-sized pieces and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Add butter to the skillet and once melted, add minced garlic, sautéing until fragrant.
  4. Place salmon bites in the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  5. Squeeze fresh lemon juice over the salmon and garnish with parsley before serving.

Notes

For any leftovers, store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 days. Can be frozen uncooked for up to 3 months.
