Irresistible Garlic Butter Salmon

A quick and flavorful dish featuring succulent salmon fillets coated in a rich garlic butter sauce.

  • 4 Fresh Salmon Fillets
  • 3 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 4 tablespoons Unsalted Butter
  • 2 tablespoons Lemon Juice
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh Parsley, chopped
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Melt the butter in a skillet over medium heat, add minced garlic, and sauté until fragrant (about 1-2 minutes).
  3. Place salmon fillets skin-side down in the skillet and season with salt and pepper.
  4. Cook the salmon for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  5. Add lemon juice and parsley, stirring gently to coat the fillets.
  6. Transfer to the oven and bake for 5-7 minutes until the salmon is cooked through.
  7. Garnish with extra parsley and serve immediately.

Notes

Ensure your butter is at room temperature for easy melting. Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 2 days.
