Cheesy Garlic Herb Bombs

Cheesy Garlic Herb Bombs

Delightful cheese-filled bites wrapped in crispy, buttery dough, perfect for any gathering.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough (16.3 oz)
  • 8 oz low-moisture mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter (1 stick)
  • 45 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9-inch round cake pan or cast-iron skillet.
  2. Chop the parsley and mince the garlic. Cube the mozzarella cheese into bite-sized pieces.
  3. Open the can of biscuit dough, separate the biscuits, and flatten each one into a disc.
  4. Place a cheese cube in the center of each disc. Pull up the edges to seal the cheese inside, rolling it into a ball.
  5. Place the cheese bombs seam-side down in the prepared pan.
  6. In a small saucepan, melt the butter over low heat. Add the minced garlic, chopped parsley, Italian seasoning, and season with salt and pepper. Stir until fragrant.
  7. Brush the garlic butter mixture over the cheese bombs. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown.
  8. Once out of the oven, brush with remaining garlic butter, sprinkle with grated Parmesan and parsley for garnish. Serve warm.

Notes

For a spicy kick, substitute the mozzarella with pepper jack cheese. You can also use gluten-free biscuit dough if needed!
