  • 1 cup Milk
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh Parsley, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Italian Seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1 cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese (optional for topping)
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil (for brushing)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine ground chicken, breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan, eggs, minced garlic, chopped onion, milk, parsley, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Mix gently without overmixing.
