Sizzling Garlic Steak Bites

Quick and delicious Garlic Steak Bites, perfect for any occasion with tender pieces of steak sautéed in garlic butter.

  • 1 pound steak (sirloin or tenderloin)
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Cut the steak into bite-sized pieces and season generously with salt and pepper.
  2. Melt the butter in a skillet over medium heat.
  3. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  4. Increase the heat to high and add the steak bites in a single layer. Cook for about 3-5 minutes, turning occasionally until desired doneness is reached.
  5. Remove from heat and sprinkle with chopped parsley before serving.

Notes

Best served fresh but can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
