  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • Sprinkles or crushed gingerbread cookies for garnish

Instructions

  1. Crush the Gingerbread Oreos in a food processor until they resemble fine crumbs.
  2. Combine the crushed Oreos with softened cream cheese in a large bowl; mix until creamy and sticky.
  3. Roll the mixture into 1-inch balls and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  4. Freeze the truffle balls for about 30 minutes.
  5. Melt the white chocolate chips with vegetable oil in a microwave-safe bowl.
  6. Dip each truffle into the melted white chocolate, coating evenly, then place back on the baking sheet.
  7. Before the chocolate sets, add your garnishes.
  8. Refrigerate until the chocolate is fully set, about 30 minutes.

Notes

Ensure cream cheese is softened and freeze the truffles for ease of dipping. Store in the fridge for up to a week or freeze for longer storage.
