Irresistibly Delicious Glazed Meatloaf

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup onion, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the ground beef, breadcrumbs, chopped onion, milk, and egg. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and shape it into a loaf.
  4. In a separate bowl, mix the ketchup, brown sugar, and Dijon mustard until smooth.
  5. Brush the glaze over the meatloaf.
  6. Bake in the oven for 1 hour or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (70°C).
  7. Let the meatloaf rest for a few minutes before slicing.
