Ingredients

  • 1 cup gluten free flour blend
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup milk (or dairy-free alternative)
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 large egg

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a donut hole pan.
  2. Mix the gluten free flour blend, sugar, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.
  3. Whisk the milk, vegetable oil, vanilla extract, and egg together until smooth.
  4. Combine the wet mixture into the dry ingredients until just mixed.
  5. Fill each donut hole cavity about 3/4 full with batter.
  6. Bake for 10-12 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
  7. Cool for about 5 minutes before removing from the pan.
  8. Roll in sugar or dip in melted chocolate if desired.
