  • 1 cup gluten-free all-purpose flour
  • 1 medium potato, boiled and mashed
  • 1 egg
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Prep the Ingredients: Boil and mash the potato. Chop the spinach finely.
  2. Mix the Base: Combine the mashed potato, chopped spinach, egg, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  3. Add Flour Gradually: Gradually add the gluten-free flour to the mixture until a dough forms.
  4. Shape the Gnocchi: Roll the dough into logs and cut into bite-sized pieces.
  5. Boil the Gnocchi: Cook in salted boiling water until they float, about 2-3 minutes.
