Decadent Golden Oreo Strawberry Truffles

Delightful no-bake truffles made from Golden Oreos, cream cheese, and fresh strawberries, perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 package (approximately 14 ounces) Golden Oreos
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup strawberries, diced (about 68 medium strawberries)
  • 1 cup white chocolate, melted
  • Colorful sprinkles (optional, for decoration)

Instructions

  1. In a food processor, crush the Golden Oreos until they are fine crumbs (about 30 seconds on high speed).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the crushed Oreos with the softened cream cheese. Mix until thoroughly combined (about 2-3 minutes).
  3. Chop the diced strawberries into small pieces and gently fold them into the Oreo mixture (about 1-2 minutes).
  4. Take small portions of the mixture and roll them into 1-inch balls, placing them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the white chocolate in 30-second intervals, stirring in between until smooth (about 1-2 minutes).
  6. Using a fork or skewer, dip each truffle into the melted white chocolate to coat it thoroughly.
  7. Place the coated truffles back on the lined baking sheet and sprinkle with colorful sprinkles while the chocolate is still soft.
  8. Refrigerate for about 30-45 minutes until the chocolate has fully set.
  9. Enjoy your delicious Golden Oreo Strawberry Truffles!
