Irresistible Golden Oreo Truffles

Delicious homemade truffles made with crushed Golden Oreos, cream cheese, and white chocolate, perfect for any occasion.

  • 36 Golden Oreos (one 14.3 oz/405 g package)
  • 1 cup (8 oz. or 225 g) cream cheese (room temperature)
  • 2 1/2 cups (437 g) chopped white chocolate or melting wafers
  • Sprinkles (optional)

Instructions

  1. Crush the Oreos in a food processor until finely crumbled.
  2. Add cream cheese to the crumbled Oreos and mix until smooth.
  3. Scoop 1 tablespoon of the mixture and roll it into a ball; place on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Chill for about 20 minutes.
  4. Melt half of the white chocolate at 50% power, stirring every 30 seconds until smooth.
  5. Dip each chilled truffle in the melted chocolate and place on a baking sheet; sprinkle with toppings if desired.
  6. Chill for an additional 5 minutes until chocolate hardens.

Notes

Store truffles in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days or in the fridge for a week. Freeze for up to a month.
