Gooey Baked Brie with Fig Jam

A rich and creamy baked brie topped with sweet fig preserves and crunchy pecans, perfect for gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 4.4 oz round brie cheese
  • 1 1/2 tbsp fig preserves
  • Sea salt, to taste
  • 1/2 tsp diced fresh rosemary
  • 1 tbsp chopped pecans
  • 1 tbsp chopped dried figs
  • 1 tsp pumpkin seeds (optional)
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • Toasted bread, bagel crisps, fresh fruit

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Place the brie cheese on a baking dish and score the top in a crosshatch pattern.
  3. Spread the fig preserves over the brie.
  4. Sprinkle sea salt and fresh rosemary over the top, then add chopped pecans and dried figs.
  5. Bake for 15-20 minutes until gooey and bubbly.
  6. Drizzle honey over the top after removing from the oven.
  7. Serve immediately with toasted bread, bagel crisps, and fresh fruit.

Notes

Ensure brie is at room temperature before baking for optimal melting.
