Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb chicken tenders
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, oregano, thyme, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Add chicken tenders and toss until fully coated. Let marinate for at least 15 minutes.
  2. Preheat your grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
  3. Once preheated, lightly oil the grates. Place marinated chicken tenders on the grill with enough space between them.
  4. Cook for 4-5 minutes on each side or until they reach an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C). The tenders should be golden brown and slightly charred.
  5. Remove chicken from the grill and let rest for a few minutes. Sprinkle with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

Feel free to jazz up your grilled chicken tenders by adding bell peppers, zucchini, or eggplant to the grill.
