Grilled Chipotle BLT Cheeseburgers

A fiery twist on the classic BLT cheeseburger, featuring juicy grilled beef, crispy bacon, fresh greens, tomatoes, and a spicy chipotle mayonnaise.

Ingredients

  • 4 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp chipotle powder
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1 lb lean ground chuck
  • 1 tsp lime juice
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • 4 slices of Havarti cheese
  • 4 brioche buns
  • Ketchup
  • Mustard
  • 8 slices of bacon
  • 1 large tomato, sliced
  • Lettuce (iceberg or romaine)

Instructions

  1. Mix the mayonnaise, chipotle powder, garlic powder, onion powder, and lime juice in a small bowl.
  2. Refrigerate the sauce for 30 minutes to enhance the flavor.
  3. Combine ground chuck with salt and pepper in a bowl and form into 4 patties.
  4. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat and oil the grates.
  5. Grill the patties for 6-7 minutes on each side, adding cheese in the last minute.
  6. Toast the brioche buns on the grill until golden.
  7. Assemble the burgers with chipotle mayo, patties, bacon, lettuce, and tomato.
  8. Serve immediately and enjoy!

Notes

Use the freshest ingredients for the best flavor. Leftovers can be stored in the fridge for up to 3 days.
