Ingredients

  • – 4 (6-ounce) salmon fillets
  • – 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • – 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • – 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • – 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • – 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • – 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • – 2 large ripe mangoes
  • – 1 red bell pepper
  • – 1/2 medium red onion
  • – 1 jalapeño
  • – 1/2 cup fresh cilantro
  • – 1 large lime
  • – 1/4 teaspoon sea salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Brush salmon fillets with olive oil and season with paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Grill salmon for 4-5 minutes per side, or until cooked to your desired doneness.
  4. While salmon is grilling, prepare the mango salsa by combining diced mango, red bell pepper, red onion, jalapeño (if using), cilantro, lime juice, and honey in a bowl.
