Scale
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 package store-bought gnocchi
  • 2 cups tomato sauce
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  4. Gently fold in the gnocchi and cook according to the package instructions for 2-3 minutes until they float to the surface.
  5. Taste the sauce and season with salt and pepper as needed.
  6. Serve hot in bowls garnished with fresh basil if desired.

Notes

Ensure all dairy products are at room temperature for better incorporation into the sauce. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container for up to 3 days or frozen for up to 2 months.
