Creamy Guacamole Deviled Eggs

A delicious twist on classic deviled eggs, combining smooth avocado with rich flavors for a creamy delight.

  • 6 hard-boiled eggs
  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon lime juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped cilantro (optional)
  • Sliced jalapeño (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Cut the hard-boiled eggs in half and remove the yolks.
  2. In a mixing bowl, mash the yolks with the avocado, mayo, lime juice, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  3. Spoon or pipe the mixture back into the egg whites.
  4. Garnish with chopped cilantro and sliced jalapeño if desired.
  5. Serve immediately or chill until ready to serve.

Notes

Store Guacamole Deviled Eggs in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 days. For a vegan version, substitute mayonnaise with silken tofu.
