Delectable Ham Pasta Salad

A comforting and nostalgic Ham Pasta Salad perfect for summer gatherings and family dinners.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked pasta (elbow macaroni or rotini)
  • 1 cup diced ham
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or Swiss)
  • 1 cup peas (fresh or frozen)
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: Chopped green onions or bell peppers

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the cooked pasta, diced ham, shredded cheese, and peas.
  2. In a separate bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  3. Pour the dressing over the pasta mixture and stir until evenly coated.
  4. If desired, fold in chopped green onions or bell peppers.
  5. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.

Notes

For best flavor, taste and adjust seasoning before chilling. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
