Healthy Almond Flour Banana Bread

A guilt-free twist on classic banana bread, made with almond flour for a healthier, moist, and flavorful treat.

  • 3 ripe bananas
  • 2 cups almond flour
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare your loaf pan.
  2. Mash the bananas until smooth in a mixing bowl.
  3. Add the eggs, honey (or maple syrup), and vanilla extract to the bananas and whisk until combined.
  4. Combine the almond flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon in a separate bowl.
  5. Fold the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined.
  6. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan.
  7. Bake for 45-50 minutes, or until golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.
  8. Cool the bread in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.

Notes

Store leftover bread in an air-tight container for up to 3 days or wrap and freeze for up to 3 months.
