Heavenly Wrapped Potato Wedges

Delicious and crispy potato wedges with a golden exterior and fluffy interior, seasoned to perfection.

Ingredients

  • 4 large potatoes (Fingerling, Yukon Gold, or russets)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (optional)
  • Chopped herbs for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Wash and cut the potatoes into wedges.
  3. Toss the potato wedges with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until well coated.
  4. Spread the wedges in a single layer on a baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes, turning halfway through.
  6. If using, sprinkle shredded cheese on top during the last 5 minutes of baking.
  7. Garnish with chopped herbs before serving.

Notes

Use a mandoline slicer for uniform wedges and opt for waxy potatoes for a creamier texture. Leftovers can be stored in the fridge for up to 3 days.
