A delightful homemade coffee creamer infused with the rich flavors of baklava, combining honey, cinnamon, and crunchy nuts.

  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup chopped nuts (walnuts or pistachios)
  • 1 tablespoon honey

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine 1 cup heavy cream, 1 cup milk, and 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk. Whisk until smooth.
  2. Pour in 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract, 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon, and 1 tablespoon honey. Stir until combined.
  3. Gently fold in 1/4 cup chopped nuts.
  4. Transfer the mixture into a clean glass bottle or jar.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before using.
  6. Shake well before each use and pour into your hot coffee.
