Homemade Crumbl S’mores Cookies

Delightful cookies that capture the essence of classic s’mores with a chewy texture and rich flavors of chocolate and marshmallows.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 200 g unsalted butter (softened at room temperature)
  • 150 g brown sugar
  • 100 g white sugar
  • 2 large eggs (at room temperature)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 300 g all-purpose flour
  • 100 g graham cracker crumbs (crushed finely)
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 150 g dark chocolate chunks (high-quality recommended)
  • 150 g mini marshmallows
  • Chocolate squares for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened butter with both sugars until light and creamy, about 2-3 minutes.
  3. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition, then mix in the vanilla extract.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, graham cracker crumbs, baking soda, and salt.
  5. Slowly add the dry mixture into the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
  6. Gently fold in the dark chocolate chunks and mini marshmallows into the dough.
  7. Using a cookie scoop or your hands, form dough balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, leaving about 5 cm (2 inches) of space between each ball.
  8. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown but the centers remain slightly soft.
  9. Press a square of chocolate into the center of each cookie right after pulling them out of the oven.
  10. Allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheet for about 5 minutes before transferring them to a wire rack.

Notes
