  • 2 cups strawberries, hulled and halved
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 cup raspberries
  • 2 kiwis, peeled and diced
  • 1 cup green grapes, halved

  2. Make Dressing: Whisk together honey, lime juice, zest, poppy seeds, vanilla, and salt until well combined.
  3. Combine: Gently toss fruits with dressing until evenly coated.

  6. Serve: Garnish with extra lime zest and poppy seeds if desired.

Notes

  • Seasonal swaps: Use peaches in summer, pears in fall, or citrus in winter
  • Make ahead: Prep dressing and fruits (except banana) up to 24 hours in advance
  • Texture tip: Add 1 tbsp chia seeds to dressing for extra crunch
  • Presentation: Serve in hollowed-out watermelon or pineapple for parties
