A vibrant pasta salad that combines the flavors of a classic Italian grinder sandwich, featuring salami, ham, provolone cheese, and fresh vegetables.

  • 5 ounces Salami
  • 5 ounces Ham (honey or smoked)
  • 5 ounces Pepperoni
  • 5 ounces Provolone Cheese
  • 1 cup Cherry Tomatoes (halved)
  • 1/2 cup Pepperoncini Peppers (sliced)
  • 1 cup Creamy Grinder Salad Dressing

Instructions

  1. Cook the Pasta: Boil salted water, add pasta, and cook until al dente (8-10 minutes). Drain and cool completely.
  2. Combine Ingredients: In a large bowl, mix cooled pasta with salami, ham, pepperoni, provolone, tomatoes, and pepperoncini. Toss gently.
  3. Mix the Dressing: Pour the dressing over the salad and stir until well coated.
  4. Chill: Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to meld flavors.
