Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the almond flour, coconut flour, sweetener, and baking powder.
  3. Cream the softened butter and cream cheese until fluffy, about 2-3 minutes.
  4. Add the eggs and vanilla extract into the butter mixture, blending for an additional 1-2 minutes.
  5. Gradually mix the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until fully incorporated.
  6. Pour the batter into a greased baking dish and bake for 20-25 minutes.
  7. Let them cool in the pan for about 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
  8. Once cooled, slice into squares or serve as desired.
