Keto Philly Cheesesteak Rolls

A low-carb twist on a classic Philly cheesesteak, these rolls are filled with flavorful ground beef, veggies, and cream cheese wrapped in keto-friendly dough.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 cup bell peppers, sliced
  • 1 cup onion, sliced
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded provolone cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 package of keto-friendly wrap or dough

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned, about 6-8 minutes.
  3. Add the sliced bell peppers and onion, cooking until they’re softened, about 4-5 minutes.
  4. Stir in the softened cream cheese, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until creamy and well combined.
  5. Remove from heat and gently fold in half of the shredded provolone cheese.
  6. Spoon a portion of the beef mixture onto a keto wrap and roll it up tightly.
  7. Place the rolls seam-side down on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  8. Sprinkle the remaining provolone cheese over the top of each roll.
  9. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
  10. Allow to cool slightly before serving.

Notes

Ensure the cream cheese is softened for easy mixing. Drain any excess liquid from the beef and veggies to avoid soggy rolls.
