  • 1 box lemon instant pudding mix
  • 1/3 cup lemon juice
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tsp lemon zest
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice (for the glaze)
  • Lemon zest (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Prepare a 9×13 inch baking dish by greasing it or lining it with parchment paper.
  3. Mix the yellow cake mix and lemon pudding mix in a large bowl.
  4. Add the lemon juice, eggs, and lemon zest and stir until fully combined.
  5. Spread the batter evenly into the prepared dish.
  6. Bake for 22-24 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
  7. Cool the brownies in the pan on a wire rack.
  8. Glaze by whisking powdered sugar and lemon juice until smooth, then drizzle over brownies.
