  • 1 (8 oz) container whipped topping (Cool Whip), thawed
  • 23 drops yellow food coloring (optional)
  • For Garnish:
  • Lemon slices
  • Whipped cream
  • Additional graham cracker crumbs

Instructions

  1. Make Crust: Mix graham crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press firmly into 9-inch pie plate. Freeze 15 minutes.
  2. Prepare Filling: In large bowl, whisk lemonade concentrate with condensed milk until smooth. Fold in whipped topping until fully incorporated.
  3. Assemble: Pour filling into chilled crust. Smooth top with spatula.
  4. Freeze: Cover and freeze at least 6 hours (preferably overnight).
  5. Serve: Let sit at room temperature 10 minutes before slicing. Garnish with whipped cream, lemon slices, and graham crumbs.
