Loaded Buffalo Chicken Fries

Crispy fries topped with spicy buffalo chicken, melted cheese, and cool ranch dressing – the ultimate game day snack or indulgent appetizer.

Ingredients

    • 160g straight-cut frozen fries

    • 3.5 oz boneless skinless chicken breasts

    • 75g Total 0% Greek yogurt

    • 1/2 tablespoon Hidden Valley Ranch seasoning

    • 1/4 cup buffalo sauce

    • Salt and pepper to taste

    • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Spread fries on baking sheet and bake according to package directions (about 20 mins).

While fries bake, toss shredded chicken with buffalo sauce in a bowl.

Remove fries from oven. Top with buffalo chicken mixture and shredded cheese.

Return to oven for 3-5 minutes until cheese melts.

Drizzle with ranch dressing and sprinkle with blue cheese, green onions, and cilantro.

Serve immediately while hot.

Notes
