Ingredients

  • Tortilla Chips (thick, sturdy)
  • Ground Beef (lean, 85/15)
  • Refried Beans (traditional)
  • Shredded Cheese (Cheddar or Nacho Cheese)
  • Sour Cream (or Greek yogurt)
  • Guacamole (store-bought or homemade)
  • Sliced Jalapeños
  • Salsa (your choice)
  • Chopped Green Onions

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat for 5-7 minutes, breaking it apart. Drain excess fat.
  3. On a large baking sheet, layer tortilla chips evenly.
