A delightful no-bake dessert made with layers of graham crackers, sweetened condensed milk, and ripe mangoes, evoking sweet childhood memories.

  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup ripe mangoes, diced
  • 1 package (200g) graham crackers
  • 1/2 cup milk (for soaking graham crackers)
  • Additional mangoes for garnish

Instructions

  1. Whip the cold heavy cream with an electric mixer until soft peaks form—about 2-3 minutes.
  2. Mix in the sweetened condensed milk into the whipped cream until evenly combined.
  3. Prepare the milk in a shallow bowl. Dip each graham cracker quickly, ensuring they absorb some milk without becoming soggy.
  4. Layer in a rectangular dish with a layer of soaked graham crackers, followed by a layer of the cream mixture and a layer of diced mangoes.
  5. Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used, finishing with a layer of cream on top.
  6. Chill covered for at least 240 minutes or overnight.
  7. Garnish with additional diced mangoes before serving.

Notes

Ensure that the cream is at room temperature before whipping. It’s best to refrigerate the dessert for the full chilling time.
