Maple Dijon Glazed Baked Salmon

A delicious and simple baked salmon dish featuring a sweet and tangy maple Dijon glaze.

  • 1/4 cup pure maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a small bowl, mix together the maple syrup, Dijon mustard, olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic powder until well combined.
  3. Place the salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Brush the maple Dijon mixture generously over the salmon fillets.
