Marry Me Gnocchi

A delightful amalgamation of flavors with sun-dried tomatoes, creamy sauce, and Parmesan cheese, perfect for a cozy date night or family gathering.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound gnocchi (fresh or frozen)
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup sun-dried tomatoes, oil-packed
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Sauté minced garlic until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  2. Add sun-dried tomatoes and cook for 2-3 minutes until softened.
  3. Reduce heat, pour in heavy cream, and simmer for about 5 minutes until slightly thickened.
  4. Add cooked gnocchi to the skillet and gently mix to coat.
  5. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
  6. Serve topped with freshly grated Parmesan and chopped basil.
