  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp minced garlic
  • 1 tsp garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a small bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, salt, pepper, minced garlic, and garlic powder until smooth.
  3. Lightly spray a baking dish with non-stick cooking spray and arrange the chicken breasts in the dish.
  4. Spread the mayonnaise mixture generously over each chicken breast.
  5. Bake for 45 minutes until golden brown and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
  6. Let it rest for a few minutes before serving.

Notes
