  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1 tablespoon confectioners’ sugar
  • 1 tablespoon chocolate sprinkles

Instructions

  1. Prepare your strawberries by cutting a flat side and slicing off a small piece from the top to create Santa’s hat.
  2. In a bowl, combine heavy whipping cream and confectioners’ sugar, then beat until soft peaks form (3-5 minutes).
  3. Assemble by adding whipped cream to the strawberry base for the face, placing the hat on top, and adding whipped cream for buttons and eyes.
  4. Serve immediately for the best presentation.
