Mistletoe Mimosas

Festive Mistletoe Mimosas cocktail in a glass, garnished with fresh berries.

A festive twist on a classic brunch drink with tart cranberry and crisp apple juice, garnished with fresh rosemary and cranberries.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Fresh Cranberries
  • 6 Sprigs Fresh Rosemary
  • 1/2 cup Cranberry Juice Cocktail
  • 1/2 cup Apple Juice
  • 1 bottle (750 ml) Champagne, chilled
  • Ice Cube Molds
  • Cocktail Glasses

Instructions

  1. Start with the Ice Cubes: Pop about 12 cranberries into each ice cube mold.
  2. Mix the Juices: Pour cranberry juice into each mold until it’s halfway full, then top off with apple juice.
  3. Add Rosemary: Insert a sprig of fresh rosemary into each mold.
  4. Freeze Overnight: Transfer the tray to the freezer and let the cubes freeze overnight.
  5. Serve with Bubbles: Gently push the mistletoe ice cubes out of their molds and place them in cocktail glasses.
  6. Pour & Enjoy: Finish by pouring chilled champagne (or sparkling apple cider) over the ice cubes and enjoy.

Notes

Store the ice cubes in an airtight container in the freezer for up to five days. For best results, serve the mimosas immediately.
