Spooktacular Mummy Hotdogs

Delightfully spooky Mummy Hotdogs wrapped in flaky pastry, perfect for Halloween parties and family gatherings.

Ingredients

  • Hot Dogs (beef or turkey)
  • Puff Pastry or Crescent Roll Dough
  • Mustard or Ketchup (for eyes)
  • Optional: Cheese Slices (for extra flavor)
  • Optional: Cooking Spray

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Roll out the dough to about ¼ inch thick and cut it into thin strips (about ½ inch wide).
  3. Wrap the strips around the hot dogs, leaving spaces for the ‘eyes’.
  4. Place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Lightly spray with cooking spray if desired.
  5. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden and puffy.
  6. Let cool slightly, then dot mustard or ketchup for eyes before serving.

Notes

Best served hot and fresh. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
