No-Bake Coconut Cream Balls

A delightful no-bake treat made with coconut, condensed milk, and vanilla, perfect for any occasion.

  • 2 cups sweetened shredded coconut
  • 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ½ cup powdered sugar
  • ¼ cup softened butter

Instructions

  1. Gather all ingredients and tools: Mixing bowl, spatula, and a parchment-lined tray.
  2. In your mixing bowl, add shredded coconut, sweetened condensed milk, softened butter, vanilla extract, and powdered sugar. Mix until a sticky dough forms, about 4-5 minutes.
  3. Cover bowl with plastic wrap and chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
  4. Take about a tablespoon of the mixture and roll it into bite-sized balls, placing them on the prepared tray.
  5. For extra coconut flavor, roll each ball in additional shredded coconut.
  6. Place the tray back in the fridge for at least another hour before serving.

Notes

Experiment with flavors by adding almond extract or mini chocolate chips. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week.
