Deliciously Easy No-Bake Cranberry Yum Yum

A delightful holiday dessert with layers of creamy goodness and a vibrant cranberry kick.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups heavy whipping cream
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 can (14 ounces) whole berry cranberry sauce
  • 1 cup crushed graham crackers
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form. Gradually add powdered sugar and continue whipping until stiff peaks appear.
  2. In another bowl, combine the whole berry cranberry sauce with half of the prepared whipped cream and fold gently.
  3. In a separate bowl, combine the crushed graham crackers with melted butter until it resembles wet sand.
  4. In a 9×9 baking dish, layer half of the graham cracker mixture, followed by half of the cranberry filling, and a layer of whipped cream.
  5. Repeat the layering process, finishing with whipped cream on top.
  6. Cover and refrigerate for several hours, ideally overnight.
