  • ½ cup whipped cream

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine the gingerbread cookie crumbs and melted butter until it resembles wet sand.
  2. Press the crumb mixture evenly into the bottom of serving cups or glasses to form a compact crust.
  3. In a separate bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth and creamy.
  4. Add ground ginger, cinnamon, and vanilla extract to the mixture and blend until fully combined.
  5. Gently fold in the whipped cream until just combined.
  6. Spoon or pipe the cream cheese filling over the crust in each cup, filling generously.
