An Excellent No Yeast Pizza Dough – Super Quick!

A speedy and easy pizza dough recipe that requires no yeast, perfect for last-minute pizza nights.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • 3/4 tsp salt
  • 3/4 cup water
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 220°C (430°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt.
  3. Pour in the water and olive oil, stirring until a dough forms.
  4. Turn the dough out onto a floured surface and knead gently for 1-2 minutes.
  5. Shape the dough into a 25-30 cm (10-12 inch) circle or rectangle.
  6. Transfer the rolled dough to the prepared baking sheet.
  7. Add your favorite toppings.
  8. Bake for 12-15 minutes until the crust is golden brown and cheese is bubbling.

Notes

For a nutty flavor, try whole wheat flour. Ensure your ingredients are at room temperature for best results.
