An Excellent No Yeast Pizza Dough – Super Quick!

Fast, fun, and delicious no yeast pizza dough that comes together in minutes, perfect for family pizza nights.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • 3/4 tsp salt
  • 3/4 cup lukewarm water
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 220°C (430°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt until well combined.
  3. Pour in the lukewarm water and olive oil into the dry mixture and stir until a sticky dough forms.
  4. Transfer the dough onto a lightly floured surface and knead gently for 1-2 minutes until smooth.
  5. Roll out the dough into a circle or rectangle approximately 10-12 inches wide.
  6. Transfer the rolled-out dough to the baking sheet.
  7. Add your desired toppings.
  8. Bake for 12-15 minutes until the crust is golden brown and cheese is bubbly.

Notes

For a richer flavor, you can substitute olive oil with melted butter. If toppings include vegetables, sauté them lightly to remove excess moisture.
