Irresistible Orange Creamsicle Jello Shots

A nostalgic treat blending orange and vanilla flavors in a delightful jello shot, perfect for summer gatherings.

  • 2 scoops Orange Sherbet (melted)
  • 1 package Unflavored Gelatin
  • 1 cup Rum Chata
  • 1 cup Water (room temperature)
  • 1618 Plastic Shot Glasses

Instructions

  1. Melt the orange sherbet in a bowl until soft but not soupy.
  2. In a medium saucepan, combine water and unflavored gelatin, letting it sit for 2 minutes. Then heat until boiling and dissolve completely. Let cool for about 15 minutes.
  3. Add Rum Chata to the melted sherbet and mix well.
  4. Pour the cooled gelatin mixture into the sherbet blend, stirring to combine.
  5. Fill the shot glasses about 3/4 full with the mixture. Freeze for 2 hours, then refrigerate for an additional hour.
  6. Top with whipped cream before serving. Optionally, add orange zest or a maraschino cherry.

Notes

Use quality orange sherbet for the best flavor. Ensure all ingredients are at the right temperature for optimal mixing.
