Oreo Balls for Christmas

  • 1 package Oreo cookies
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • Chocolate for coating (milk, dark, or white)
  • Christmas sprinkles

Instructions

  1. Crush the Oreo cookies into fine crumbs.
  2. Combine the crushed Oreos and softened cream cheese in a mixing bowl.
  3. Roll the mixture into small balls (about 1 inch in diameter) and place on a lined baking sheet.
  4. Chill the balls in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
  5. Melt the chocolate in a microwave or double boiler.
  6. Dip each chilled Oreo ball into the melted chocolate.
  7. Sprinkle festive Christmas sprinkles on top before the chocolate hardens.
  8. Allow the chocolate to set completely in the refrigerator for another 30 minutes.

Notes

Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 1 week or freeze for up to 3 months. Use flavored Oreos or alternatives like mascarpone for variations.
