A creamy and indulgent breakfast option featuring rolled oats soaked overnight with cocoa powder, banana, and Greek yogurt.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Rolled Oats (Old-Fashioned)
  • 1/2 cup Milk of Your Choice
  • 1/4 cup Plain Greek Yogurt
  • 1 medium Ripe Banana
  • 1 tablespoon Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
  • 1 tablespoon Chia Seeds
  • 12 teaspoons Maple Syrup or Honey (Optional)
  • 1/2 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1 pinch of Salt

Instructions

  1. Mash the banana in a bowl or mason jar until smooth.
  2. Whisk in the milk, Greek yogurt, vanilla extract, and optional sweetener until creamy.
  3. Stir in the rolled oats, cocoa powder, chia seeds, and salt until well combined.
  4. Cover and refrigerate overnight or for at least 4 hours.
  5. The next morning, stir the mixture well and adjust consistency with milk if needed.
  6. Top with banana slices, nuts, berries, or nut butter before serving.

Notes

Store in the fridge for 3-5 days. Best enjoyed fresh with toppings added in the morning.
