Instructions

  1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat until shimmering.
  2. Add the sausage and cook until browned, about 6-8 minutes, breaking it into smaller pieces.
  3. Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  4. Gently add the gnocchi and cook until golden brown and crispy, about 5-7 minutes.
